What is your cancellation and no-show policy?

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start of your stay incur a $50 cancellation fee. No-shows forfeit the full cost of the stay.

What should I bring for my dog’s stay?

Please bring your dog’s preferred food, any preferred treats, and any medications they need during their visit.

If your dog runs out of food during their stay, we keep Purina Pro Plan on hand.

What vaccinations and preventatives are required?

Dogs must have the following vaccinations:

• Rabies
• DHPP / DHLPP
• Bordetella (Kennel Cough)

Flea, tick, and heartworm prevention is also required.

How early will my dog have access to go outside?

Outdoor access begins at 6:30am daily, so your dog can start the day with some fresh air and a potty break. This is part of our guest care routine; public drop-off and pick-up hours are listed separately below.

How many outdoor playtimes will my dog have?

Every pet receives at least four outdoor playtimes each day in our large turf play yard, with room to stretch, run, take potty breaks, and enjoy plenty of love and attention.

Can my dogs share a suite?

Yes, with approval. An additional pet sharing the same suite is $35 per night, in addition to the suite’s single-pet nightly rate. Tell us about your dogs when you request a stay so we can discuss the right arrangement.

What if my dog prefers to play alone?

We offer group play or individual playtime for dogs who are more comfortable on their own, so your pup can enjoy playtime in a way that suits them.

What happens if there is bad weather?

Our outdoor play yard has turf to help keep your pup from becoming a muddy mess. In severe weather, we use our indoor play area so dogs can stretch, play, and burn off energy in a sheltered space.
